Multnomah Aikikai has been a refuge in what can sometimes be a difficult and stressful world. I step into the dojo and I know that for sixty minutes my mind will be focused and centered on the techniques taught. The teaching staff lead by chief instructor Suzane Van Amburgh are well schooled in the techniques taught and provide lessons that even novice trainees can absorb.
